We do one thing.
Lead Flow Depot builds and runs LinkedIn advertising systems for immigration law firms. We target candidates by the qualifications a petition turns on, and book qualified consultations directly onto the firm's calendar.
What we do
Lead Flow Depot builds and runs LinkedIn advertising systems for immigration law firms. That covers campaign build, ad creative, thought leadership content, testing and scaling. Leads are exclusive to the firm, delivered into the firm's own CRM, and never shared or resold.
Who we work with
Immigration practices doing employment- and investment-based work: EB-1, EB-2, EB-5 and O-1 cases. The system depends on being able to target whatever the petition turns on. For EB-1, EB-2 and O-1 that is credentials: degrees, seniority, years in field. For EB-5 it is capital, so the targeting moves to founders, owners and C-suite by company size, industry and country. Either way the attribute is already on the profile.
What we do not do
No SEO, no newsletters, no Meta, no Google. We do not take on firms whose work is mainly family-based or humanitarian, because the targeting argument does not hold there and we would be selling something we do not believe in. If a practice is a poor fit, we say so on the first call.
Who runs it
John Maher founded Lead Flow Depot and runs it as chief executive. He handles the firm relationships: scoping on the first call, deciding which practices are a fit, and the commercial side of every engagement.
David Thomas co-founded Lead Flow Depot. He also founded Tenant Planet, a real estate management company, and co-founded Pavago, an international recruiting firm. Across all three the work is the same: building systems that produce consistent results rather than one-off wins.
How we charge
$2,500 per month, or $6,750 per quarter paid upfront. There is no setup fee and no long tie-in. Pricing is stated in full on the homepage.
